Apparently, 'It Is What It Is' serves as Adekunle's debut single for 2021, a follow up to his critically acclaimed album, 'Afropop Vol. 1.'

The record was co-produced by talented beatmakers Kali and Blaise Beatz, strings by Joko Magic.
